Celebrate at Art’s Place
Our three venue packages include the full Art’s Place venue, tables and chairs, and the Little White Church at no additional cost if available. Food and snack service can be added to any package.
Quince Essentials — starting at $2,350
A beautiful starting point for families handling the details themselves.

Complete Quince — starting at $5,450
Everything in Off-Site Signature, plus expanded décor and an Antojitos food experience.
- Enhanced room styling and specialty décor selections
- Choice of a taco bar, nacho bar, or Antojitos snack bar for up to 100 guests at the starting price
- Food service plan tailored to your guest count and menu
- Expanded coordination, setup, and takedown
Off-site starting prices assume one event day in Hutchinson for up to 100 guests and 10 guest tables using available inventory. Standard guest-table styling is budgeted at about $55 per table (10 tables = $550); the package price also covers its listed design, delivery, setup, takedown, and coordination services. Complete Quince includes a basic food or snack menu for up to 100 guests; quantities and selections are confirmed in your proposal. All package prices are starting points. Additional items, custom decorations or materials we need to order, and other requested upgrades may change the final price. Off-site quotes also depend on guest count, location, venue requirements, décor, menu, staffing, and travel. Food quantities and service scope are confirmed in your proposal. Venue rental is not included in off-site packages.
Food & Snack Bar Options
Taco Bar: Meats, tortillas, toppings, salsas, and sides. Nacho Bar: Chips, queso, meat, toppings, and salsas. Antojitos Snack Bar: Choose favorites such as mini pancakes, esquites, fresas con crema, fruta preparada, raspados, and aguas frescas. The snack bar is especially fun as the formal celebration turns into dancing.
Make It Your Own
Ask about balloon installations, specialty backdrops, flower walls, floral and centerpiece upgrades, extra coordination hours, bar service where available, and additional venue access. We can also build a custom combination of décor, coordination, catering, and snack service.
