The Mezzanine
This private space can be added to the rental of The Shop. Here is what’s included:
- 8.5’ handmade table with 8 chairs
- Lounge seating with 7 chairs
- Large sink
- Mini refrigerator and freezer
- Large mirror
- Garbage & recycling
- Accessible from staircase only in The Shop
$25 an hour (3 hour minimum)
The Prep Kitchen
Need extra space to prep your meal onsite? Our prep kitchen offers extra space away from your event and the following:
- Stainless steel triple compartment sink
- Food safe counter
- Mini refrigerator with freezer
- 2 6′ buffet/prep tables
- Granite counter space
- Private Event Staff entrance
- 5 ft³ Freezer
* Note – food may not be prepared on site & the kitchen is first come first serve.

The Patio
Bring your party outdoors. The Patio can be located either on the South or West side of the building. Here is what is included:
- 4 pub tables with 12 industrial chairs
- 3 high top tables with black linen
The patio upgrade allows guests to open the garage door in The shop. Keep in mind when the door is open, we turn off the A/C or heat.

Balloon Arch
Want to be a little “extra?” We offer customized balloon arches for your event. Perfect as a backdrop for photos or as a decor accent, you can select the theme or color palette.

Mimosa Bar
Our mimosa bar includes all the Pinterest worthy details for your event.
- 3 gold metal buckets for ice & champagne
- Mimosa sign
- 6 plastic carafes for your juice
- 3 acrylic signs
- Fruit caddy for up to 5 varieties

You bring the bubbly, juice and fruit.

$10 each
We offer white and black for the seated tables and black for the buffet tables. We take care of set up and tear down.
