Corporate Package

You have a company to run and planning and hosting an event takes valuable time and resources. We offer corporate planning packages that include the rental of our space customized to your event needs and the planning assistance to execute the details.

During the week (Monday- Thursday) we offer the following packages:

  • Meeting Package
    • Typically we have a 3 hour minimum for all events. The exception is recurring meetings (4 or more in a calendar year) In this instance, we have The Glass Room available for $50 an hour. We offer a 3 hour rental for $100 Monday- Thursday for recurring meetings.
  •  Corporate Event Package Starts at $1000 
    • Our Corporate Event Package is the perfect option for those that would like assistance with the planning and execution of their event. This package can be customized for events like retreats, workshops, team building and celebrations. In addition to the rental of 1 of our spaces (9 hour rental of either The Shop or The Show Room), this package includes:
    • Compass Occasions full planning services to include:
      • We help plan your theme/style of event, select and manage your caterer for up to 2 meal options. Often times your guests like to have coffee in the AM and a lunch for their guests.
      • We create a timeline for your event to keep track of the details and expectations.
      • We manage your event and provide assistance executing your details during the first hour of your event.
      • Catering kitchen
      • Technology package that includes our smart TV, sound system, and microphone.
      • We provide assistance with set up of your event and greeting your vendors during the first hour of your event.
      • Planning documents to keep you on track via Google Docs.
  • DIY Package (3 hour minimum)
    • Our “DIY” Package is perfect for those who plan to handle the details of their event & are looking for a budget friendly option.
      • First you decide on which room(s) you wish to rent, the time, and if you are interested in any of our add on options. After you’ve emailed your preferences, we send a contract and invoice to officially secure the date if it is available.
      • The week of your event, we send an email with our Check in & Check out list, details confirming your rental, and a code with instructions on how to access the space.
      • The day of your event you have a code that will gain you access to your space. Once inside, you take care of all the details of your event. At the end, you clean up and lock the door on your way out.

      We also offer add ons like decor, linens, beverage and dessert displays. Check out our Add On page. Those items are all set up by us before your arrival.

  • Please visit our Corporate Events by Compass Occasions if you are looking to develop a new event or for a more in depth execution of your event details. Those in depth planning packages start at $1600 and can be combined to your Art’s Place rental. We also travel to other venues as well.
