Full Day of Coordination

As your wedding planner, our goal is to handle all the details so you can relax and enjoy your day. Here’s a snapshot of what a typical wedding day in our world looks like:

  • Pre-Ceremony: We greet vendors, confirm timelines, check in with the bridal party, ensuring all personal items like the guest book, favors, and any other items are set out and organized at the reception, and review seating arrangements, adjusting as needed for any last-minute changes or special requests.

  • Ceremony: During the ceremony, we manage all the important details to ensure everything runs smoothly. We cue the bridal party, ensure the music is ready to set the mood for your grand entrance, assist with guest seating, direct the ceremony flow, and solve any issues as they arise.

  • Social Hour & Dinner: We transfer items from the ceremony to the reception, greet and help guests feel welcome while guiding them through the evenings events. We ensure the bar is ready to serve drinks as guests arrive to social hour and confirm the caterer has all special meal details. We usher guests to be seated for dinner and assisting with directing them to their tables and dismissing tables for buffet.

  • Your Final Special Moments: Cueing speeches and cake cutting at the appropriate time to ensure a smooth transition between events. Arranging for golden hour photos to capture those perfect shots before the sun sets. Making sure your first dances happen at the right moment, and guiding the flow into the dance party.
  • Saying Goodbye For The Night: We ensure all your cards and gifts are packed away safely and all the vendors are paid/gratuities handed out, while you enjoy the rest of your celebration.

-Starts at $1300 (up to 8 hours)

-Each additional hour +$100

Wedding Rehearsal

This package is intended to give you that extra set of hands and eyes to ensure your big day is problem-free. If you would like us there to run your wedding rehearsal, this package can be added to either of our Day of Coordination packages.

Power Planning Session

Have you ever wanted to pick a wedding planner’s brain to get the advice you need? 

This 90 min session is for couples’ at any stage of their wedding planning process. We can customize this package to tackle your biggest priorities. Budgeting, vendor recommendations, timeline guidance, seating arrangements, wedding etiquette, design inspiration and mood boards. We will cover as much as you need so you are feeling even more confident and excited about planning towards the big day. 

90 min Power Planning Session: $180

 -After the initial session, additional time can be added for $65/hour

Full Planning Package

As your partner in planning, we are there to recruit the ideal team of vendors, provide you with expert advice, imaginative ideas and orchestrate all the logistical details. With full planning, we are there for you from selecting your vendors until you say “I do.”

  • Includes our Full Day of Coordination Package
  • Up to 4 meetings & VIP invitations to our “Hitched in Hutch” events.

– Starts at $4000

Partial Planning Package

Partial Wedding Planning is for the couple who have already chosen their vendors and are looking for guidance and someone to handle the logistical details. Let us take care of as much or as little of the planning as you need.

  • Includes our Full Day of Coordination Package
  • 2 meetings & VIP invitations to our “Hitched in Hutch” events.

Our Decor Services

Design and Style

Experience a seamless & stress-free wedding day with our exclusive Design & Style package. Ideal for couples looking for a fully managed execution of their wedding decor, this package includes set up and tear down services. You gain access to our curated decor collection available in a variety of styles.

  • Invitation to our Wedding Decor Open House “Hitched in Hutch” to view our decor collection in person. 
  • Planning meeting to fine tune the details of your ceremony & reception design
  • Planning & organizational tools to keep you on track
  • Our decor collection is INCLUDED (Up to 20 seated tables, each additional table +$10.)
    • On the Table: Vases, bases, bowls, and towers
    • Light it up: Votives, candlesticks, cylinders and holders
    • Displays for: Memorial, photos, favors, & desserts
    • Ceremony aisle & altar decor (draping/arch decor not included)
    • Design accents to customize your celebration (card boxes, signage, etc.)
    • Our gorgeous artificial greenery collection & silk florals to accent our decor pieces (No need for a florist for your decor!)
  • Set up: We set up all of the decor and any of your personal items, favors, photos, signage etc.
  • Tear down: We return at the end of the night and pack it all back up

Decor To Go

Enhance your special day with our Decor-to-go package, ideal for those who wish to create their own set up. Rent any item from our collection, featuring an array of centerpieces, signage, dessert displays, back drops and our gorgeous artificial greenery and silk florals – all designed to make your wedding unforgettable.

Kayla and Valerie were amazing and fun to work with and helped to create my Disney inspired day on such short notice. I loved how they were able to bring everything together in such an elegant way. Not only were they able to create such beautiful displays, they helped keep everything flowing from one thing to another. They made my day magical!
